Olympic Provisions Northwest is the cozy and intimate west-side answer to our Southeast location. Marked by a string of patio lights on an otherwise industrial stretch of NW Thurman, OPNW offers a menu of lovely rustic Eurpoean-inspired fare in a warm, windowed setting, accentuated by our antique French rotisserie.
Our kitchen is led by executive chef Erin Williams, a native of Pennsylvania Dutch country. Her love of the well-prepared, simple, nourishing food found on OPNW’s menus gained traction on a month-long hiatus from Portand’s restaurant industry to Italy’s. Between sips of homemade grappa, meals of wild boar sausage, and experiencing the joys of a hot Margherita pizza with cold beer, Erin realized the beauty and necessity of simple, nourishing, soulful food.
This inspiration is the guiding force behind the beautiful, hearty dishes at OPNW, from the seasonal pasta preparation to the daily fish on the nightly-changing dinner menu.
Erin has been at the helm of the OPNW kitchen since the restaurant’s inception in May 2011. Her long list of cooking credentials includes positions at Clyde Common, Le Pigeon, Andina, and Victory.
Come in to OPNW for happy hour and warm yourself with a few of our craft cocktails. You’ll find yourself staying for dinner amongst a friendly crowd, where you might hear the strains of old funk and soul mixed with blues and local bands.
A true neighborhood place, we only takes reservations for parties of five or more, and our deli is open from 11am to close.
